GoogleApps or Exchange Server

We’re considering a change to our current email hosting solution.  The two best options at this point are either GoogleApps or an in-house Exchange server.  GoogleApps is free for non-profits and requires little regularly internal IT support, so that initially seems like the best option.  This will probably be a conversation that continues for a while before we come to a decision…
